For my 49th birthday I purchased a 2000 Ducati 996.
She was quite a beauty. I replaced the aluminum
wheels with magnesium and put on a light-weight fly
wheel. These two changes made her into an amazing
machine: Lovely to look at and an experience of
beauty, responsiveness and balance to ride.
But, she's gone now. I miss her.
